Shoes, boots,
sandals, high heels, pumps, sneakers, runners, whatever you select for you
feet, the fit must be a good on that your toes rub against the shoe.
When buying
foot wear, remember comfort is what counts not beauty.
The high heels
with the pointed toes that us women put our precious feet into ……….do we
really consider out feet? After having these heels on for a long period of
time nine times out of ten, the ball of your foot burns, your toes are sore
and your whole foot pains…….why……….because your foot was not designed to go
into a small pointed opening.
Do we really
appreciate our feet the way we should? We should take the best care of our
feet, they take you where you want to go.
If you get new foot wear make sure they fit and are
comfortable from the time you try them on in the store, let’s not have oh
well they will break in, in time, it is you feet that are taking the brunt
of the shoe break in.
If you have a
corn or ingrown toe nail the fitting of your foot wear could very well be
the biggest cause.
The next time
you get any kind of foot wear be sure that they feel like slippers on your
feet before you buy them. |
